This training covers the principles and procedures of Lockdown, Evacuate and Shelter (L.E.S.) and trains participants on how to respond to each segment. This training will also teach participants emergency procedures for On Campus and Off Campus Evacuations, Evacuation for the Disabled, Medical Emergencies, Missing Persons, Earthquake, and Stop the Bleed. This training is presentation based.

This training provides your staff with an enhanced Prevention through Response Training that covers Behavioral Risk Factors and Warning Signs, Concerning Behavior, The Pathway to Violence Model, Social Media Red Flags, as well as reporting mechanisms.
The purpose behind this training is to teach your faculty and staff members to know what to look for and how to respond once they have identified a concerning act or behavior from a student, co-worker or visitor. It also allows them to understand the purpose behind behavioral threat assessment and how they can support your behavioral threat assessment team.
It will also enhance an option-based response protocol such as Run, Hide, Fight with a prevention and detection component that may allow your staff the ability to identify, interevent and ultimately prevent a violent act from occurring on your campus. This training is presentation based and can be delivered as a precursor to the Active Shooter Response Training shown below.

Bradd Atkinson who is Risk Mitigation LLC's lead instructor is an Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response Program Specialist through NFPA 3000. He has been a certified Active Shooter Response Instructor since 2014 who to date has safely and effectively over 20,000 individuals in Active Shooter Response.
This training is intended to increase participant awareness and knowledge of responding specifically to an active shooter situation. It covers the three main response actions as well as the context of an active shooter event in which survival responses need to be utilized.
Participants will receive an overview of the principles of the Department of Homeland Security’s RUN HIDE FIGHT protocol which was developed by DHS to enhance traditional lockdown procedures with what’s known as an option-based response.
Several different active scenarios then allow participants the opportunity to apply the principles of Evacuate, Barricade/Fortify and Taking back control in an instructor-controlled setting. There are debriefing sessions in between each scenario and a final debrief to conclude the training.
This training will develop the participants confidence and ability and will empower them to make their own decisions in response to Active Shooter and Active Assailant situations.

This training is for workplaces, schools and houses of worship who want to utilize their existing employees to be the eyes and ears of their facility each and every day. Having a team who has been trained in daily security best practices, identifying internal and external threats, communication skills, situation analysis and how to safely respond can keep your workplace, school and house of worship a safer place.
Participants will learn Situational Awareness Techniques, Suspicious Activity and Behavior Recognizers, the principles of Surveillance and Observational Tactics, Elements of Detection and Deterrence, Confront, Contain and Control Techniques, Calming and Diversion Techniques, Radio and Verbal Communication Best Practices and how to Respond to Emergency Situations. This training is presentation based with a scenario segment.

This training covers the FEMA Incident Command System structure and provides an overview of the National Incident Management System (N.I.M.S.), and the Incident Command System (I.C.S.). Participants also learn about each I.C.S. position, their job functions and the appropriate ICS forms needed to manage and document an incident. This training is presentation based as well as an instructor lead and facilitated tabletop scenario.
