Safety and Security Vulnerability Assessments:
Our assessment process will identify all vulnerable areas by assessing your building design, physical infrastructure, surrounding demographics and current landscape from a crime prevention through environmental design perspective. We also provide a comprehensive look at all of your policies and procedures that are currently in place to include a full evaluation of your existing Emergency Procedures as well as your Emergency Operations Plan. In addition, we conduct an extensive key stakeholder interview process to help further identify vulnerabilities, understand campus dynamics, as well as identify individual roles and capabilities. A full pictorial review and recommendation guide is provided upon completion, as well as giving you knowledge on crime prevention techniques that will help mitigate future incidents.
Policy, Procedure Development:
Our procedural and team development will provide your establishment with the policies, procedures and team structures that are needed to effectively respond to a critical incident and manage a crisis. If you do not have an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and emergency procedures in place, then we develop them for you or if you currently have an EOP and procedures we can revise them based on current standards of best practice. We utilize an all hazard-based response protocol in our plans with a format that is easily referenced and followed by your administration. Our plan structure also includes a complete recovery and mitigation section with a continuity of operations plan that is tailored to your current structure and resources so your team will have the track to follow through the recovery process.
Once your Emergency Operations Plan is developed, we will also develop your Incident Command Team and train them on Emergency Management and how to use your new plan and all of its components to manage a crisis.
Specialized Team Development:
We develop and train your Specialized Teams to support all crisis response and management functions. The Specialized Team development we facilitate includes:
